Community Membership Meeting
There will be a Community Meeting for the Members of The Estates at Edgewood on November 20, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Collinsville Veterans Building to discuss the turnover from the developer to the selected Board of Directors.
Annual Meeting
The Estates at Edgewood official annual meeting will be held December 16th, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Collinsville Veterans Building.
The Five Front Lots - Updated 11/01/24
There have been many questions regarding the news article about the five lots to be built by Old School Constructions in The Estates at Edgewood. The developer will not be participating in the housing project plan and will be building homes matching the existing homes in the development.
The 2024 Assessment is due by 05/31/24If you have not paid your assessment yet, please take care of it before the end of June to avoid a $20.00 late fee which will be added for the first month, then $20.00 for each month until thereafter it is paid in full.
